You can of course also get in touch via our Instagram page. We always try to answer you as soon as possible and are usually very responsive. However, it sometimes might take some time for us to answer as we are all volunteers and do this in our free time. So please be patient with us :)

For a lot of purposes, e-mail may not be enough. Whether you want to buy an ESNcard, an Erasmus-Hoodie, or simply prefer talking to somebody face to face, you can always visit us in our office during our office hours which are
every Tuesday from 1 to 2 pm
building 50.21, room 106
Our office is located on the first floor, room number 106. The official KIT building number is 50.21. It’s the somewhat run down looking building next to the Alte Kinderklinik (where the IStO is located). See also below for a map with the location.
During the semester breaks of the KIT, we don't have regular office hours. Then, please contact us via e-mail and, if needed, we are happy to fix an appointment with you.
